CYO offers Flag Football in 5 divisions for age groups 9 through 14. Due to an expressed interest in flag football, Sacred Heart will place teams into the flag football league for teams in which we receive either complete teams of combined teams of 2 adjacent ages. The season will begin on approximately April 11th and end with the Diocesan Championship game in June.

For the first time, CYO will be offering Girls Flag Football in 3 divisions for age groups 9 through 14. Please note, Girls will still be allowed to play on Boys teams as in previous seasons if we do not have the participation interest to submit an all Girls team.

In order to know how many players we have, you MUST register to play to be counted in our attempt to field a team. If you do not register, we cannot assume we will have enough players.
If you participate in other spring sports, please note, CYO cannot and will not work around you or the coaches priorities.

Parish-related events (e.g., Communion, Confirmation, Patron Saint Day) sent with documentation from parish.

Educational obligations that impact the majority of the team (e.g., TACHS prep)

Other CYO sports are only considered conflicts if a team cannot field players after attempting to use the guest player rule.
Sacred Heart Youth Program is a 100% volunteer program and we need volunteers! Please let us know if you are willing to help coach, manage, or participate in administrative functions. Thanks.
Registration fee is $150 including all league fees, official fees and a jersey. Once teams are submitted, there will be NO REFUNDS. Refunds will be provided if we are unable to field a team.
